Our body collects various toxins from air, water and the food we eat. These toxins could affect our health and make us prone to so many diseases. Besides it would make us feel tired, sick and also not help us to overcome the stress of modern living.

Toxins expose our body to ailments like headache, bad breath, cold, diarrhea and flu. When you first try to detoxify your body to feel healthy you may experience certain symtoms like bloating of the stomach. But this is but a small unpleasant symptom considering what you have to gain in the long run by being healthy. There are pills, liquids and other methods like hydrotherapy available, but I would suggest that it is best to detoxify tour body by natural methods as diet to remain healthy.

The other methods could have adverse effects like sores in the anal area and irritable bowel syndrome.

When you detoxify your body you will have increased energy. Besides it also helps you have a healthy skin. We can find various food items like vegetables, fruits and other foods rich in fiber content. Including of high fiber wholegrains like wheat and also including bran in the rice and wheat helps to detoxify and be healthy. Flax seeds have been found to be a good breakfast cereal. Besides it would help to eat multigrain items in our diet. Prefer to eat unpolished rice and wheat and opt for red or brown rice.

Let your diet be a leafy one with lot of fresh salad greens and vegetables. It is best to have green and leafy vegetables like spinach, broccoli and other salad vegetables like carrots, tomatoes, beetroot, onion and lettuce help to detoxify your body and helps you to be healthy. Blackberry, prunes and papaya are found to be good for health and for detoxification. Besides it is not healthy to go in for fast foods and oily, spicy and food with a lot of sugar. Unnatural food is what causes more problems to live a healthy life and it is best to minimize them.
