How Positive Thoughts Make You Energetic

Thoughts do have a tremendous influence upon us in making us tired always or energetic.You should eat good nuritious food, do exercise and maintain a balanced life, but if you have negative thoughts you will only be drawing already on the existent energy. Positive thoughts make us feel happy and increase our energy.

Having negative thoughts like failure and disappointments only convey a message of being a failure always. Hence, you will never have the energy to aspire for success. Your negative mind saps into your energy to make you successful. Similarly, negative emotions like anger, revenge, jealousy and fear also use up a lot of our energy. People aspiring to show their anger, revenge and jealousy are never happy. Happiness, coming with positive thoughts helps us feel energetic.

It is vital for us to channelize the negative emotions and thoughts into something more positive. Spend the energy you spend on that anger to do something more productive. You could probably use that energy to clean up something around the house, or go for a walk for some time if the weather permits you. Instead of being jealous you could probably use that energy to think oif ways to improve yourself to be more better than him. Once you channelize your energy to the positive thinking by positive thoughts and emotions you are bound to feel energetic.

To develop positive thinking it is best to begin each day by affirming yourself of positive things that should happen to you. Some good positive affirmations that could help if you were a student could be, “I am organized and good in my studies”,or “I have worked hard and will get admisson in a good college”. Similarly a housewife could tell herself,”I am a dutyful wife and help my husband a lot” or “I am a good mother to my children”.This type of positive thinking by affirmations coulod help you feel energetic.

Visualize positive things happening to you. You could visualize anything you want, which you want to happen to you. If you are a doctor, you could visualize you getting a great award, or being successful in a complicated surgery. If you are writer or cricketer you could visualize yourself signing a bat or a book written by you. When you start visualizing positive thoughts you can be sure positive things will happen to you as you get motivated and get energized.

Thanking God for everything good happening to you, is also a form of positive thinking. When we thank God, we acknowledge the positive in our life and thanking someone only means we appreciate it. When we appreciate things we have God is sure to give us more. We can get this more only by our positive action which is due to our being more energetic.

The last but not the least method which gives us energy by positive thinking is to mainatain a happy and cheerful attitude in life. Being happy and cheerful is not god-gifted but manmade. If we determine to take things easy and always to be happy and cheerful we are bound to be doing positive thinking. It is best to develop an attitude to laugh and be laughed at and enjoy ourselves. laughter is something very important but rare so we have laughter clubs to help us feel energetic. You could save a lot of energy if you are positive in things and happy and cheerful.

To conclude, make use of your own self with positve thoughts and emotions to be happy and feel energetic. Being energetic is not rare, but can come from our very attitude in life.
