If you have fine hair then you definitely struggle to maintain and style your hair. You need to make sure that you do not add too many products to your hair or you risk losing the few strands that you have on your head. If you have thin hair you do not necessarily have fine hair. You need to make sure that you add volume to your hair and do it in a manner where you do not damage your hair. There are several factors that cause your hair to become thin. Age, stress, environmental damage and medication all have their own hand is damaging your hair.

If you have fine hair then it is best for you to keep it short; else your hair will look lifeless and unappealing. Cut your hair to all be in the same level; avoid multi layer cuts as they will not suit the texture of your hair. You must also make sure that you use a rich protein shampoo once a week on the entire length of your strands. This will help you to add volume and bounce to your hair while conditioning your hair at the same time.

Wash your hair regularly to keep it clean and free from chemicals. Do not let your hair look oily as it will lead to hair loss if the hair is not clean. Wash your hair with an herbal shampoo and use a conditioner but make sure that the conditioner does not touch the roots of your hair even in the smallest portion.

If you are looking at styling your hair for when you are going outdoors then you may use a hairspray on your hair; however avoid using it in large volumes as it will weigh down your hair. Again make sure that the hairspray does not touch the roots of your hair. If you are using a curling iron then you will be able to add bounce and instant volume to your hair; just ensure that the rollers are not damaging the hair.
