
Ever find yourself too tired to think even though you’ve had a good night’s sleep. If you constantly feel this way then there are chances that you are suffering from an illness or have a deficiency of some essential nutrient. Chronic fatigue can be a result of anxiety or a sleep disorder. Once you pin point the reason taking care of it will be easy, till then there are several things that you can do to help yourself.
If you feel that you are feeling fatigue due to anxiety or stress then you must face reality head on and try and resolve the stressor. Enrolling for an anger management session may help. Yoga is known to help gain inner peace; you may want to try your hand at it for a few sessions.
Attempt to get more sleep at night and take a nap in the afternoon if possible. Clear your bedroom of any clutter. Use dark drapes to keep the light out during the day and light a few scented candles. Lavender is known to reduce stress so lavender aroma candles will be a good option to help you to rest. If you are unable to sleep then either read a book or play some light music to help you to relax.
Keep your body well hydrated by drinking water during the day. Exercise at night so that your body is energized and demands the rest.
Eat healthy meals. Start your day with a healthy breakfast and follow up with a healthy snack that comprises of a fruit or a dairy product. Eat a heavy lunch but keep dinner light. Make sure that you are eating nutritious offs that are high in fiber and calcium. Avoid foods that are high in cholesterol. A lack of nutrients can cause fatigue. If you feel that your body is not getting the required amounts of nutrients from the food you eat then you must talk to your doctor about taking vitamin supplements.
