If you sneeze in your palms there is a possibility that you will touch your face before you wash your hands. This will lead to the spread of the infection. You must wash your hands and face as soon as you sneeze. Make it a habit to wash your hands frequently as any object that you come in contact with may be infected. Always keep a hand sanitizer with you and use it frequently; especially when you touch door handles and knobs in public places. As a matter of fact; when you are in public places avoid touching too many objects and use a paper towel to touch handles in toilets. Avoid using pens in public places.
