How to Avoid Fatigue

In today’s fast life pattern most of the time we are busy doing one or the other things in our life. Our sleeping and playing hours have reduced considerably and this has led a various health complications in our life. Fatigue is one among these complications.
As due to less sleeping hours our body couldn’t get proper rest and due to less playing hours the physical fitness of our body suffers. Hence tiredness and dizziness has become a common problem among the people today.
More than two-third of the population in today’s society enjoy sleeping for just less than 7 hours. They don’t have time for their own wellness, they don’t have time to go for a play and they don’t have time to consult an expert for improving their own health. This has led to the common problems like stress, depression, fatigue etc. However managing time in a better way and giving a second thought to our life schedule and priorities, we can avoid these problems very simply.
Depending upon nature of our work, we can experience two different types of fatigue. The fatigue which comes due to the physical activities is termed as physical fatigue and that which comes due to the mental involvement is termed as emotional fatigue. In case of physical fatigue to are unable even to lift your own toe and feel very tired after performing any physical activity. Situations like work pressure at office, multiple deadlines, stress etc can lead to emotional fatigue. A proper rest and relaxation gives a relief in both types of fatigues.
A major difference in physical and emotional fatigue is that in case of emotional fatigue you feel tired in the morning and feel revived as the day goes on while in case of physical fatigue your tiredness grows as the goes on. There are various reasons which lead to emotional tiredness. These include stress, depression, working till late hours in the office, boredom etc. Sedentary life style, lack of exercise, lack of sleep, hard physical activity, consumption of diet which is low in calories are the factors which may lead to physical tiredness.
In some cases a disease can be the reason for the tiredness. The people suffering from diseases like diabetes, arthritis, heart disease, anemia, cancer etc can experience both the emotional and physical fatigue. A little effort in day to day life can avoid the problem of fatigue. Regular exercise is very helpful in avoiding tiredness.
Remedies which reduce stress and depression are beneficial for reducing the tiredness. Keep yourself engaged in some activity, go for play on a regular basis. Don’t take too much tension about the deadlines at office, try to manage them in time. However, if you experience a consistent problem of tiredness, you are advised to consult a doctor.
