While most women consider bald men attractive, most men would not prefer to go bald. Premature balding is a common fact these days and we only have ourselves to blame. From leading stressful lives to maintaining poor diets we contribute to our hair loss by leaps and bounds.

Another reason for hair fall is that your body is not absorbing the required number of nutrients that it needs. If this is the case then your body is bloated and it absorbs the nutrients and does not distribute it equally.
In today’s age the most common reason for hair loss is due to the excess consumption of carbon dioxide. Sodas and colas are the number one quench busters amongst the teenagers and this shows results in the later years. They steal the nutrients from your body and do not match the required hydration levels thereby leaving your body in want of water that you do not provide it with. In most cases the Carbon Dioxide forms toxic chemicals in your body and disturb the elimination process.
A sure fire way to fight the loss of hydration is to replace your soda and cola consumption with water. This will help to hydrate your body and provide it with the required amount of nutrients.
You must eat a balanced diet. Foods that are rich in fiber including fruits like apples and melons sand vegetables like cabbage and cauliflower help to decrease the possibility of hair loss. Eat fruits and vegetables that are high in the water content. This will help to increase the amount of hydration in your body.
Once you have started eating a well balanced meal and drinking enough water, you must start regular hair massages. This will help to increase the circulation in your scalp and in turn will reduce the loss of hair and will facilitate growth of new hair follicles.
