Disorders related to the heart are grown remarkably in recent past and changing life pattern has been proved to be a major factor for all these disorders. In case no precautions are taken high blood pressure may result in the problems like heart attack, stroke and ultimately the heart failure, which means the death of the patient. Heart problems are also caused by extra fat deposition on the walls of blood vessels. Hence obesity may also be a factor leading to the heart related disorders.
Always go for a morning walk. If your occupation has low or no physical activity, you should go for a regular exercise. Avoid fast food and packed food because it is not a healthy food. Consult your doctor regularly for a fitness checkup. If you drink alcohol or if you smoke, you are advised to quit these habits as soon as possible. Avoid fatty diets. Consumption of fresh fruits and leafy vegetables is very helpful in avoiding heart problems. If you are overweight, join a weight loss program. In case of complications, consult your doctor.
