The crowds at the malls can be over whelming and the number of chores lined up at home can get exhausting. You also need to limit your consumption of alcohol during this season. This will prevent dehydration; drink water instead. When you drink water or fresh fruit juices your body is hydrated and this helps to increase your energy levels.
You also need to rest well during this season. Though you may have a busy schedule it is important that you get a few hours of rest. You also need to eat at regular intervals and avoid binging on candies and other foods that are low in nutrition and high in refined sugar. In order to prevent gaining weight over the holidays you must avoid binging. Eat a full meal before you go out for a gathering; this will keep your stomach full and keep you from binging on calorie dense holiday food.
