Work on the following tips to beat Monday blues.

Out of the box
Bring novelty in your job. One of the basic reasons for Monday blues is that we do the same work on Mondays as we did it on the last day of the week. This brings boredom, which makes way for depression. Be innovative and try to learn something new. This will keep your interest intact on your job.

Plan
Plan-out your work properly. Prepare an agenda of the whole week and mark out the pressure points. This will help you prepare for the work and get adequate mind-set. Working in an organized manner helps to do away with depression and also brings satisfactory output.

Interact with friends
Take time to interact with friends or loved ones. If you are feeling stressed at your work place, call up your spouse and discuss the situation. It really works and you can start your work in a refreshing mood.

Take a small nap
After lunch we generally feel sleepy, especially after the lazy Sunday afternoon. This is not a bad practice. Even some corporate firms are insisting their staffs to take power nap for some 10-15 minutes. This small nap provides great refreshment and it affects your work positively.
