Taking a bath is tea is recommended by skin care specialists. The tea leaves help to soothe the skin and reduce the rash. It also helps the skin to heal from the peeling skin by adding moisture to it. Simply heat the water to the desired temperature and add the tea bags to the water. Soak in it for 30 to 40 minutes and then rinse off with cold water. Your skin will begin to heal and the peeling will reduce. Do this for 2 to 3 days for quicker healing.
Avoid using ashes and moisturizers that have granules in them as it will aggravate your condition. Use a moisturizer that is cream based or lotion based rather than gel based. Refrigerate the lotion before you use it to help to soothe your skin.
