How To Care For Your Feet

Our feet are one of the organs in our body that works for us day and night. The carry or weight, we suffocate them in unflattering shoes, stand in postures that have them screaming and pay little to no attention to them in our daily beauty regime. One must remember that your feet and hands reveal your true age and hence you must care for them as much ass you care for your face.

You must exfoliate the skin on your feet as often as you do on your face. When you exfoliate the skin you are eliminating dead skin and preventing calluses and cracks on your feet. Use an almond paste mixed with any oil or foot cream to gently scrub your feet. Wash it with warm water to reveal lighter brighter feet.

Use almond oil on your feet to moisturize it daily after your bath. The oil penetrates in your skin and keeps it soft and moist. Hence keeps away dry skin that causes cracks. It also helps to prevent wrinkles on your feet.
If you suffer from foot odor then you must rub half a lime on your foot everyday for 5 to 10 minutes and wash it off with warm water to have healthy feet.

Soak your feet in warm water. This helps to relieve any tension and anxiety in your feet by relaxing the muscles in them. Doing this before you go to bed at night guarantees a good night sleep.

Clean your nails and keep them short and well groomed. Avoid cutting your cuticles very often but try and push them back if they are looking untidy. Never use metal object on your nails on between your nails as they may damage the delicate skin and cause bleeding. Always sterilize all your beauty equipment. Avoid sharing any of your tools as it will lead to a spread of germs and bacteria.
