Body odor mainly takes place because of sweating. It affects men, women and even children, but its rate is noticed maximum among men. The result is unpleasant and very embarrassing. Body odor takes place when bacteria are formed in our body due to sweating. Under arms is the most affected area that cause body odor. Other stinky parts of the body are feet, groin and scalp. Thus, it is important to manage this sweat-generated problem and take necessary steps to prevent body odor.

Shower
Take shower everyday at least once. Always make it a point to take shower after returning back from a session of workout. A very useful remedy is mixing few drops of rose water into a full bucket of water. Use that water to take bath. Also use a deodorant soap while bathing. Wash off the areas very well that produces odor. You can apply white vinegar also into your armpits as it reduces that stinky effect.

Food
Body odor is related to your diet also. Bringing slight changes in your diet can reduce body odor. Minimize the consumption of alcohol, coffee, spicy foods, onions, garlic and meat. Drink lots of water as it helps in body odor control. Every morning, take a glass of water and mix 500 mg of wheat grass. The chlorophyll-content of wheat grass helps to prevent body odor.

Deo
When pH level of the skin is low, then bacteria cannot sustain in the odorous areas. There is a natural way of reducing the pH level. Replace your deodorant with apple cider vinegar. Apply it on the affected areas and you will notice improvement. Juice of turnip is also equally effective to reduce the effect of body odor.

Clothes
Do not go on and on for the whole day with same set of clothes. Change your clothes at least once daily. Always wear clean attires. Try to use natural fabrics like wool or cotton as it allows your skin to respire.
