Although eating plenty of fruits is extremely healthy; those that are high in sugars are harmful to your body. Bananas, apricots, plums, apples and prunes increase the amount of gas production in your body. Even in the juice form they cause production of gas. Swap these fruits with all sorts of berries.
You must also avoid drinking aerated beverages. These drinks have huge amounts of fizz and do not help your digestive condition. Avoiding foods that are high in fats or those that are deep fried do not help you either. Choose to eat your fish, meats and vegetables in grilled, baked, boiled or sautéed preparations and reduce the amount of oil you use when you cook.
