How to Control your Weight Using Aromatherapy

Vanilla and chocolate fragrances help to curb your cravings for chocolates and sweets. Using these help to stay away from sweets and keep your cravings at bay. The moment you feel the urge to bite into a bar of chocolate or a sweet, light up a candle or an incense stick to prevent giving into your indulgence.
Patchouli helps you to slim down. It regulates your appetite and suppresses cravings. Use it in a diffuser through out the day to keep your mind off food.
