How To Cope With Morning Sickness

You have been wondering about the prospects of you being pregnant and now the first time you’ve gotten sick in the morning turns out to be reason to celebrate. But do not push the envelope too far because you have a few more months to go in this stage.
For some it is not necessarily morning sickness but all day sickness. Unfortunately some women are uneasy throughout the day and this becomes a point of irritation.
Never stay hungry. An empty stomach calls for more attention and more nausea. Always keep a few cookies or crackers on hand. They are nutritious and sever the purpose.
Foods that are high in fats like deep fried foods and spicy foods can have you feeling nausea throughout the day. It is best if you stay away from them. Choose to eat fresh fruits and vegetables as far as possible. Blend fruits to make juices or smoothies or milkshakes. Increase your intake of milk and other dairy products.
Ginger helps to cure any feelings of nausea. Add ginger to your cup of tea in the morning or drink ginger ale during the day to help to stay fit and reduce feelings of uneasiness. Use ginger in your food preparations. Crushed ginger in soups spices upo the flavor while helping you to have better digestion.
Drink plenty of water and add a few drops of lemon to the water. You must also drink plenty of warm water with honey.
Unless you are anemic you must avoid taking iron supplements during the first trimester as it is heavy to digest and eliminate.
You must keep your body temperature constant. Avoid wearing clothes that are too fitting as they will make you feel suffocated while synthetic fabrics will causes discomfort. Wear loose fit clothes that are light. Pastel shades area good option. Always keep your hair away from your face and wear comfortable footwear.
