The most common problem associated with gall bladder is GALLSTONES. They are the round shape stones composed of cholesterol, pigments and bile’s etc. This problem generally occurs when the liquid or fluid present in the gall bladder gets harder and soon turns into small stone like material. This liquid is known as bile, which helps in digesting the body fats. The liquid (bile) is secreted by the liver and assists in absorption and digestion of fats and minerals.

The disorder of the Gall bladder can be caused by various disturbances of the digestive system, excessive intake of fats and carbohydrates and some of the hereditary factors. It may also lead to gall bladder cancer. In order to cope up with this problem you have to make up with your diet and design some changes for the lifestyle which will also improve your general health.
