How to Cure Stomach Cramps Caused by Indigestion
When you suddenly begin to feel ill the first remedy is always a home remedy that helps to get rid of the symptoms. If that does not work then the next resort is calling up the doctor. Home remedies and herbal remedies are now gaining popularity. They help to increase resistance to illnesses and get rid of symptoms as well. Several common herbs and every day kitchen products help to reduce the stomach ache, flatulence, burping, nausea and heartburn caused as a result of the indigestion.

Add the essence of mint to your drinking water and drink a glass of the water every few hours. Water in general helps to reduce the burning sensation in your stomach as it helps to get rid of the toxins in your body. Also heartburn sensations are taken care of when you keep your body hydrated. In addition to the above, the water helps to reduce flatulence.
Grate ginger and add salt to it. You can also grind it to a paste and add the salt and ingest this a few minutes before your meals if you suffer from chronic indigestion problems.
Add honey and lime juice to a glass of warm water and drink it. The mixture helps to reduce the excessive burping that you may be suffering from and helps your stomach to control the pangs or cramps.
I have tried the following remedy before and had a good experience with it. Brew a few cumin seeds in water and let it simmer for a few minutes. Then add a spoon of lemon to it and drink it. The tea helps to reduce the pain in your stomach within a few minutes. The key here is to walk after you drink the tea.
Eat a spoon of honey mixed with ginger powder. The ginger and honey will help to soothe the burning sensation in your stomach.
