
Wrinkles!!! Just hearing the word gets each and every one worried and concerned. None of us want to be fifty and look seventy. Wrinkles are something all of us want to avoid for a long time. There are simple ways of doing this. The first and most important thing is staying away from too much sun. Using the right sun block or sunscreen is very helpful. Staying too long in the burning sun can turn you into one of those dried up fruits kept out too long in the sun.
Another important thing to remember is to take care of your skin from a young age. Now I’m sure all of us at some point in our lives have used make-up. Make-up, no matter how good a brand you use, has adverse effects on skin in the long run.
The most important thing that must never be forgotten is, always take off your make up after your night out. Never leave on make-up over night. Taking out makeup is a five minute job which helps you avoid pimples, rash and later on even wrinkles. The first thing to do is take cotton and put moisturizer on the cotton. Rub all over your face and neck, starting from your eyes. After this wash your face and dab gently with a towel. Do not rub your face onto the towel. Apply a little moisturizer to your face as make-up sometimes makes your skin dry.
Cosmetics dehydrate your skin and take away the moisture present in your body which is good for your skin. Washing your face after taking off your make-up helps in re-hydrating your body’s natural moisture. Keeping your skin moist prevents wrinkles. As you grow older do not use a face-scrub on your face as it increases the risk of wrinkles. Instead use a face wash or a mild soap. As you grow older it is advisable not to use make-up at all as it worsens your skin and causes wrinkles. Staying happy and living a stress-free life is the best remedy to prevent wrinkles.
