How to Exercise to Increase the Size of your Bust

Several gels and creams available in the market claim to increase your bust size. This is virtually not possible. Neither is it possible to increase the size with exercise, what you can do is make your pectoral muscles toned and firm thereby creating an illusion of firmer, bigger boobs. It works better than wearing padded bras to increase your bust size.

You don’t need to hit the gym for this one. All you need to do is sit comfortably on your chair with your feet placed flat on the floor and your toes pointing straight ahead. Take a deep breathe and pull in your stomach muscles and hold your breath. Pull or shoulders down and keep them as loose as you can but stiffen the rest of your torso. Make your hands into fist. Now take a deep breathe again and pull your elbows towards each other but keep your palms apart. When the elbows touch exhale and repeat three times. Do a few sets daily.

Working without weights for a few weeks is a good way to get your body accustomed to the exercise regime. Slowly introduce weights. Lie down on the floor with your feet and legs together. Make your palms into fists and place at a 90 degree angle from your body. Pull with force towards your body. Do several times a day for 30minutes.

Another exercise that you can try is simple and can be done even if you are taking a break from your computer. Do it sitting or standing anyway you choose to. Place your hands straight in front of you and move from side to side 4 times, then begin the exercise by squeezing your chest muscles and crossing your hands across each other.

Like with any other exercise do not start off immediately. First warm up and get your body ready for a strain. You will experience some degree of sore muscles when your first begin. Regular exercise will help in toning your muscles.
