How to Exfoliate Your Skin with Natural Remedies
Natural treatments are always the best as they do not load your skin with chemicals. It is also a way for you to get rid of dirt and grime that gets into your skin. Organic products can help you to get rid of the dead skin, brighten your complexion and also get rid of the dirt in your skin.
When you are looking at preparing an exfoliating cream at home the most important ingredient that you need is honey. It will help to form your base. For the exfoliating agent you need oats, any type of fine though if you get the thicker kind it will be better.
Mix the honey and the oats and blend them till they amalgamate to form a thick paste. When it is done transfer the paste into a bowl and then with the help of your fingertips paint the paste onto your skin. Then massage the paste for a few minutes in circular movements. For your neck you need to massage in the upward direction. This will ensure that you are able to get rid of the dry skin cells as well as also prevents wrinkle formation.
Leave the paste on your face for 10 to 15 minutes and massage it occasionally. You may wash it off with cold or warm water. This will ensure that the pores are reduced in size as well.
You may also use the treatment on your entire body but you must keep in mind that the paste is sticky and will cause a mess. This treatment is used in most spas and body polishing clinics. It is extremely good for the skin as honey helps to cleanse the skin while nourishing it at the same time. You can also benefit from the oats as it helps to extract the excess oils from your skin and cleanse it from deep within.
