How to Fight Arthritis and Joint Pain

Arthritis is a state that occurs when inflammation of joint takes place in the body. In the word Arthritis, Arth means joint and Rities means inflammation. Arthritis affects various parts of body and there are more than hundreds of its kinds. It is not the fact that only senior people get affected with arthritis, it can even happen to children and young people. Arthritis grows slowly and has long duration that can even last for lifetime.

Inflammation
Certain healthy tissues of the body are damaged due to inflammation. As it is a continuous process, inflammation leads to more inflammation, which in turn results in more damage. Sometime, tissues and bones are damaged in such a way that they change their original shape, making movement very painful.

Treatment
Treatment of arthritis depends on hereditary nature, gender and body. Arthritis treatment must be carefully done as it can cause harm to internal organs, if not done properly. Therefore, it is important to choose right treatment program. The situation is alarming as more and more senior people in America are affected with Arthritis.

Drugs
There are mainly two way outs to treat arthritis- homeopathic treatments and medicine treatments. The American Medical Association backs the traditional method, which is prescription of medicines. There are certain side-effects of these medicines that can affect adversely on internal organs of the body. These medicines generally work for the time being. After certain period, it does not work anymore and craves more powerful drug. This can turn out to be dangerous.

Homeopathy
Homeopathic treatment is less popular option to treat arthritis. Homeopathic medicines depend on the capability of the body to cure the disease. It is more natural way of healing that does not leave any side-effects.

Diet and Exercise
Apart from the Natural treatment for Arthritis, consumption of food that includes high antioxidants is good. Antioxidants help to keep our body clean as it can wash out risky toxins. Supply of sufficient vitamins and minerals is also very important. Thus, eat fresh vegetables and fruits. Banana, for instance, is good for the cure of joint problems. In addition to that, proper exercise also helps. Consult experienced physiotherapist for help.
