How to Fight Obesity

Obesity is such a state in human body when fat is build-up excessively around certain internal organs. Causes of obesity can be diverse. Some inherit obesity as heredity. It is also caused because of the hindrances of some endocrine glands such as sex glands, pituitary gland and thyroid.

Though primarily, obesity is caused due to over-eating. When food is supplied more than the actual requirements of body, calories increase. Consumption of alcohol excessively also results in obesity. Liquors, mainly beer has high sugar-content and thus it leads of fat disposition in the body. Overweight persons are at high risk of being exposed to several diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis, heart failure, and disorders of liver and gall-bladder.

Food Habits
Try to avoid food that is high on fat and calorie count. Thus, meat, refined flour, fish eggs, polished rice, etc are a strict no no. Include vegetables and fruits in your diet. Intake of orange, apples, tomatoes, melon, pineapples, raspberry, carrot, cucumber gourds and lots of green and fresh vegetables greatly helps. It is fantastically beneficial if you mix and prepare Alzheimer’s drink with cucumber juice, gourd, lime, tomatoes and honey. Consumption of tomatoes and cucumber in between snacks and meals is a must.

Fasting
Most of us have a tendency to use short-cuts. Thus, many over weight people use fasting as treatment for obesity. Definitely fasting can reduce fats but it is not a wise choice. If suddenly our body experiences complete fasting, it might start accumulating poison and cause harm. Fasting must be done after consulting an expert. It must be done gradually and in a controlled manner. An excellent cure of obesity is sustaining on lime juice and honey water. In a glass of tepid water, mix juice of half line and one teaspoon of natural honey. Take this solution several times a day. It really works.

Exercise
Exercise always helps. Consult fitness expert and get engaged to some slimming exercises. Try jogging or at least do morning-walk. Skipping a rope is a good exercise. Do it as long as you can. Regular work out enhances determination. Yoga works like magic.

Obesity treatment can be attained by doing the above mentioned factors. Definitely there are other means too. Consultation of expert is always suggested as no one should experiment with his/her body.
