You must also increase the amount of fiber in your diet during the day. Fiber helps to boost your energy levels and it also has a positive impact on your portion control. Fiber also absorbs fats from your body and thus they are a great meal option.
Processed foods like canned meats and sausages are not ideal for you if you are trying to lose the excess flab on your tummy. A few weeks of a green diet (vegetables only) will do you a world of good. The vegetables will add to your nutritional levels while also keeping your fat consumption low. Your diet needs to be laced with fresh fruits and vegetables. Keep fast foods at bay and watch how you automatically trim the fat from your abdomen area.
