How to Gain Energy Naturally and Build Stamina

Do you wake up feeling tired and lethargic and do you wish that you had more energy. Well there are a few things that you can do to help yourself gain more energy naturally. If you are feeling tired and drained out then the first body part to hurt and ache would be your feet and if your feet hurt then obviously so does the rest off your body. You use your feet the entire day to move from one place to another and you wear them down by the time the day is over. It is important to give them a boost and pamper them a bit. In a bucket of cool water mix one cup of Epsom salt and about 5-6 drops of peppermint oil. Soak your feet in this water between thirty to sixty minutes.

Avoid having coffee or tea when your feeling tired. They do give you a caffeine kick to help keep you energized but they also drain your body of a lot of energy as your body is working overtime. Instead opt for a peppermint beverage or fruit juices. The aroma of peppermint can help increase your energy naturally and also helps make you feel less tired.

When you wake up do some stretching exercises as this helps blood circulation. When you are asleep blood circulation throughout the body slows down therefore once you are awake stand up and stretch. This helps blood circulation and increases your energy. You can also press down on the bottom joint of your right hand with the thumb and fore finger of your left hand and hold it for about 20 seconds. This also helps blood circulation and makes you more alert.

Exercise regularly preferably during the early morning hours and try and do it out doors in fresh air. This would help invigorate your senses and help you also help you lose any weight that you might have put on. Being over weight is a serious issue and leads to other illnesses and heart diseases apart from making you feel lethargic and low on energy. Take a warm water bath and try using a loofah to help increase blood circulation. Avoid taking a hot water bath as hot water helps induce sleep.
