Strolling with your baby in the park is a good way to bond with the infant as well as gives you sometime outdoors. Morning walks are good as it gives you and the child some exposure to the essential Vitamin D. It is also the least polluted time to be out. Take deep breaths when you are outdoors, the fresh air and the smell of the mud will enhance the quality of your walk. It will also energize you and keep you fit and active for the rest of your day.
