Hence, doctors always advice people to drink lots of water in summer so that dehydration can be avoided. Apart from taking sufficient fluids, it is also important to get right diets in the form of fresh fruits. You will get numerous varieties of fresh fruits in summer. These fruits feature several health benefits and can keep our body fit and fine. Health benefits of some common fruits in summer are discussed below.

Usage of Apples
Apple is common, tasty and very effective fruit for health. Apple punches an excellent combination of fiber and antioxidants. Apples feature pectin that can brings down blood cholesterol. Apple also protects heart and cells against damage.

Usage of Oranges
Orange is a fabulous fruit that has several essential nutrients. It includes calcium, minerals, potassium, magnesium, and vital vitamins like vitamin A and vitamin C. In addition, oranges feature fiber and folic acid also.

Usage of Bananas
Bananas are available in green and yellow varieties. Green bananas include essential fiber like starch that can naturally reduce fat and can control blood sugar. Yellow bananas work efficiently to lower down blood pressure with its potassium ingredients.

Having pomegranates means giving a boost to the immune system of the body. This is done by the vitamin C ingredient of the fruit. Other necessary ingredients of pomegranates are antioxidants that can battle age and several ailments; potassium that can lower down blood pressure; and other essentials that can avoid aging problems, cancer and heart disease.
