A good tall height is everyone’s wish irrespective of being a man or woman. But, there are few people who are not gifted with sufficient height and hence they feel low and less confidant. Though there is nothing to feel low with less height as there are many examples of geniuses who are not tall enough. However, one can add a couple of inches to his/her height by few natural remedies. Height gaining is a normal process for those people who are going through puberty. Adults can also do some natural acts to gain few inches of height.

Surgery to increase height

When the growth plates are closed, it is not possible to increase the length of bones. The only solution might be going under knives. If you do not wish to go for surgery, you can opt for natural remedies like stretching exercises and maintain fit and steady spine. When the curvature of spine is fixed properly, it looks like an added height.

Certain change in food habits can also help to gain height. Diet with protein and calcium is good for growth hormone. Thus, drinking milk or eating eggs and fishes are good. There are also certain foods that cause hindrance in the growth rate such as coffee, refined sugar, white bread, junk foods, etc. Avoid such food items to get the result. Also do not indulge into taking big meals. Instead of that, try small meals frequently. Big meals produce excessive insulin, which slows down the release of Human Growth Hormone.

We often do not realize how certain simple things in life can make a big difference. We all know the benefits of sound sleeping. Sleeping also helps in increasing height as our body produces growth hormones while we are sleeping.
