Do you have bright white teeth and can blush confidently? There are many people who cannot do that. They just manage every situation with just a simple smile. Some have yellow teeth, dingy teeth or brownish teeth. The blame can easily fall upon excessive prescription of drugs or excessive intake of candy or caffeine. So, is it not possible to bring back that sparkle in your teeth? The answer is “yes, definitely!”. You can do some home based bleach treatments or you can visit a dentist for the solution. However, the result of dentist’s work on your teeth may vary. Here are some easy ways to have that shiny whiten teeth.

Fast Solution
You can attain fast result and quite satisfactory one by following the given procedure at home. Take one ripe strawberry and half teaspoon of baking soda. Crush the strawberry well so that it gets reduced to a pulp. Now, blend the strawberry pulp with baking soda very well. Take a soft toothbrush and gently apply the paste onto your teeth. Keep it in that way for some five minutes and then brush your teeth properly with your toothpaste. Rinse and floss very well so that the mixture of strawberry and baking soda gets removed completely. This is a very good solution for whitening your teeth.

Electric Toothbrushes & Whitening Toothpaste
Brushing your teeth after lunch and dinner everyday with electric toothbrush and whitening toothpaste can help to whiten teeth. However, this method might not be very effective if the stains on teeth are strong. Combination of electric toothbrush and whitening toothpaste rather than normal toothbrush and toothpaste at least helps to keep teeth away from further stains.

Trays and Strips
There are various whitening trays and strips available in the market. These products are expensive but at the same time these are also very effective to provide striking results in whitening teeth. When whitening trays and strips are combined with higher peroxide content, they become much more effective. This remedy is not applicable for those who have sensitive teeth.

Whatever method you follow, always do remember to consult dentist regularly.
