Use this as a cleansing process for your body and mind and do not go back to eating those foods. Now, the next thing you need to focus on is your portions. Serve yourself less than you normally would and eat slowly. Chew your food so that your stomach is able to signal you when it is full. You will notice that you will eat smaller portions in this way. Avoid sodas that load you up with sugar and empty calories and grab a glass of water instead. The water will help to get rid of the toxins from your body.
In addition to the change in your diet you also need to start an exercise plan to lose weight or tone your body depending on your requirement. Set a goal for yourself but make sure that it is realistic and attainable. Give yourself a timeline to achieve the goal so that you are motivated to work hard. This will help you to attain your ideal weight and bone mass within the given timelines. If you are not able to make it to the gym daily then set aside time on a few days in the week to exercise; you can do this with your partner, family member, friend or spouse.
