Acne, blackheads: Due to over secretion of the oil glands in summer, the ones with oily skin faces the problem of blackheads and acne. These are common problems in summer. To get rid of this problem, one has to cleanse, tone and moisturize the skin but the packs should be different from those who have dry skin.
Dehydration of cells: Due to extreme temperature, our body tends to get hot, which definitely leads to dehydration of cells. Regular bathing at least twice a day helps to make the skin soft, supple and hydrated along with a fresh feeling from within. Furthermore, sufficient consumption of water, lime water and thinned fruit juice helps in the clearing of internal drying out as well.
Green Tea: This is essential for all during summers. 3-4 cups of green tea with lemon grass have the power of rejuvenating the body and mind of the individuals to a great extent. Green tea without sugar is also good for the body.
Fungus infection: Due to excessive sweating in summer, foot care has become a necessity. Constant moisture results in infection of fungus in toe nail and finger gaps. Exfoliation of foot dead cells along with regular warm foot wash prevents the formation of odor and keeps the feet away from the dangers of fungal formation.
Healthy diet: It is very essential to have a healthy and non-greasy diet in summers. One has to avoid junk food totally. Furthermore, lot of fresh fruits and vegetables are required along with the intake of salads and boiled vegetables in the meals.
