How To Heal Breathing Problem.

Shortness of breath is, in other words, called as the breathing problem. It includes the pain, difficulty and discomfort that accompany with the natural cycle of inhaling and exhaling of air.

Shortness of breath can have various causes. It could be due to the asthma, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), epiglottis, Haemophilus Influenza Type-B, swallowed objects, coughing and wheezing, persistent strider, breathlessness in cancer, altitude sickness and various other lung and heart diseases.

Some breathing problems are difficult and impossible to detect without the proper advice of medical practioners. There are several remedies to heal the breathing problem, some of those remedies are mentioned below.

Respiratory problems are mainly caused by the bacteria and viruses. Various essential oils have the capability to inhibit the increase and multiplication of these viruses. Some of these essential oils include eucalyptus, rosemary, peppermint, tea tree, thyme, bergamot, and hyssop.

Ecualpus Oil

While eucalyptus oil is largely used to treat blockage and other respiratory problems like cough, cold, running nose, sore throat, bronchitis, upper respiratory tract infection and problems, bergamot is also largely used for toning up respiratory problems, relieving congestion and treating the infections in the respiratory system.


Rosemary has a positive effect on asthma, bronchitis, whooping cough, allergies and throat congestion. Tea tree oil is used for treating common respiratory problems like coughs, cold, runny nose to severe conditions like asthma, bronchitis, tuberculosis.


Peppermint is used as a folk remedy for various respiratory infections and problems and also helps in clearing respiratory tract. While thyme has a long history of its usage as a natural medicine in connection with chest and respiratory problems including cough, bronchitis and chest congestion, hyssop is used for treating mild respiratory problems and infections.

Breathing Technique: The way of breathing is very important as it is the key to better health, better presentation and an expansion of life. Many researches have proven that the cancer is aerobic and hence cannot thrive in high levels of oxygen. Hence the length of breath is very important as heart diseases mostly arise from short breath where the heart is not given the required oxygen thereby making it go to contraction. The high pressure is also directly related to poor breathing.


Exercise, yoga, meditation, walking in the mornings and at evenings help in improving the heart conditions which can lead to healthy breathing. Since heart is a muscle, regular exercise helps it to work properly, prevent any cholesterol from accumulating and slackening its way of working and thus avoid any sort of heart diseases from cropping up.
