-Chop garlic and boil it in mustard or olive oil. Strain the oil and put a few drops in your bath water. The steam from the water and oil will help t soften the ear wax and reduce ear aches.
-Use a few drops of astringent on a cotton swab and run it through your ear. This will take care of any pain that you may be in.
-Crush a few cloves of garlic and mix it with salt. Tie this up in a cloth and place it on your ear or on your pillow when you sleep at night. The garlic will help to take care of your ear ache as it has natural curative properties.
-Always keep your ears covered when you are in a plane to take care of the altitude changes as well as any infections that you may stand to contract in a small close confined place.
