
I looked in the mirror this morning and saw what my brother teased me about since we were children. I saw a reflection of a woman with a double chin. I was horrified and started looking at surgical procedures to help me out. But I am not the kind to invest in procedures for the sake of looking good. So I spoke with friends who advised me on how to camouflage this condition. I am going to try them out and I suggest you do the same.
A double chin is caused by excess weight that is gained on the face so in order to get rid of it one must exercise. Along with exercise maintaining a healthy diet is also important. Diet in conjunction with exercises will help to eliminate all excess fats from the body. In order to reduce flab from your face you must chew gum. When you chew gum your facial muscles are constantly working and this will help to loose fat on the area. Eat foods that are low in fats in order to prevent weight gain. You must also drink plenty of water and drink a glass of water every time you crave sugar or unhealthy foods.
Your posture will help you to hide the excess fat that shows from your chin. When you sit or stand you must ensure that you keep your head held high; this will hide the excess fat from your chin. Standing straight with your head held high is a great way to reduce the appearance of fat on your face.
Wearing dark colors minimizes the appearance of flab on your face. You must also choose your clothes wisely. Do not wear low necks and use scarves and polo necks as often as possible as they are great ways to minimize the appearance of flab on your face. Wear a darker shade of foundation on your chin in order to hide the double chin. You must also blend your foundation well so that it looks natural.
Now with all these tips I am sure to be able to get rid of this excess fat on my face. I suggest that you try out these tips too.
