How to Keep Hair Healthy
The advancement in technology has brought a number of changes in human life at global level. Drastic changes have been observed in life pattern of the men today. There has been a dramatic change in eating habits also. However, these changes are causing an adverse impact on over all human health. A major fraction of the people today is going for fast foods, which is not categorized as healthy food.
This is leading to a number of health complications. For beauty conscious fraction of the society, abnormal falling of hair, premature graying of hair, dull looking skin, dry hair etc. are becoming major concern. The dry hair generally become rough and thin after sometime and therefore if no treatment is given in time, it may cause a big problem.
The problem of dry hair is basically due to lack of moisture in the hair. Hence oiling with good oil can provide some help. A proper cleaning with a good quality shampoo may also give some relief. However, one should ensure that shampoo is of good quality and you cleaning the hair very gently. Strong cleaning results in dryness of the scalp. Oil massaging is the best thing that can be practiced for dry hair. Chemical based solutions give the adverse result on a long term basis. Hence you should avoid chemical based solutions for dry hair.
There are a number of home remedies for dry hair which are very helpful in keeping your hairs healthy and good looking. A herbal shampoo mixed with cider vinegar, some amount of glycerin and castor oil is a good blending for cleaning dry hairs. Massage gently on the scalp. This will remove the dryness from the hair and your hair will become healthy and good looking.
Using egg is another commonly used practice for dry hair. Take 100 ml of milk, add one egg to it, mixed them to make foam and rub this foam on the scalp very gently. Coconut oil is also very effective for dry hairs. Using coconut oil on a regular basis keeps the dryness away.
