Unhealthy food, sedentary life style, changing environment, a fast life pattern etc. are among the factors which have led to a number of health complications in today’s world. The problems like obesity, hypertension, diabetes, stress, depression etc. have become very common in the society.
Almost everybody is suffering from one or the other type of health problem. Recent researches have shown that heart disease is also becoming a common problem and in some cases the consequences are really dreaded. Insufficient blood supply to the heart is a basic reason for the heart diseases.
When, due to some reasons, the coronary arteries are not able to supply sufficient amount of blood to the heart, it leads to a heart stroke or some other type of heart problem. In some cases the heart problem leads to sudden death of the patient. Therefore, it is very important to know the basic facts about heart and its functioning.
Due to insufficient supply of blood to the heart, there is a shortage of oxygen to the heart and because of this we experience shortness or stiffness in breathing. This is the most common symptom of heart attack. Other symptoms include the problem of palpitations (which are generally irregular in fashion), chest pain, tiredness, fainting, etc.
Cholesterol is good for health but if the cholesterol of the body goes beyond a certain level it becomes very dangerous for health. Hence, controlling the cholesterol level of the body is an important thing to avoid heart attack. Excessive consumption of alcohol and smoking can also lead to the problem of heart attack. Consumption of unhealthy food, over weight, sedentary life pattern, etc are the other factors responsible for heart attack. Avoid taking fatty foods, as they lead to the problem of obesity.
The medicinal properties of apple are very effective in curing the heart related complications. Hence, consumption of apple and apple products like juice jam etc is always very helpful in avoiding heart diseases. Consumption of amla on a regular basis is also a good home remedy for heart diseases. The vitamin C present in amla makes our immune system stronger and hence avoids various health complications.
Smoking and drinking should be strictly avoided if you have heart related problems. A regular exercise is very helpful in keeping heart healthy and fit. Intake of vitamin E is also very helpful in avoiding the heart disease. In case of any type of complications related to heart, you are advised to consult a doctor immediately.
