Everybody wants a glowing and healthy skin. Skin is a part of the body that needs a consistent care. It is a part that one can not forget about, like a liver, thinking that body will look after itself. Skin is such a sensitive organ that even small changes in environment and emotions can affect it.
Cleansing is the most important part of daily skin care. Cleansing of your skin in morning and night should be followed as daily routine. Cleanse your face in upward directions in circular motion. It helps in removal of dead cells that usually block the surface of skin. It helps in cleaning pores of skin and gentle removal of make-up.
Toning is good for skin after cleansing. It helps in removal of dust particles left in cleansing. Toning makes the skin smooth and fair. It brings a healthy glowing skin and helps in improving the overall look of the skin. A home made toning mixture (few aspirins dissolved in equal parts of vinegar and water) applied twice in a day avoids sign of aging on your face. Aspirin is good for acne spots as it is an outstanding anti-acne product and vinegar helps in removal of dead skin.
Applying moisturizer after toning locks the moisture of the skin and provides essential nutrients to the skin. Moisturizer should be applied in upward motion on the neck and face. Make-up should be removed in night before sleeping with a good cleanser. Skin should be rinsed with warm water. In morning remove excess oil of your face by splashing warm water to remove moisturizer applied in night.
Granular scrub helps in removing dead cells from your skin as dead cells prevent moisture to get absorb in your skin. It also protects us from skin cancer by removing abnormal cells prior they become dangerous. A good sunscreen protects our skin from sun and harmful rays. Apply it twice in a day to areas exposed to sun. Daily skin care helps avoid dryness, wrinkles, and makes your skin youthful and radiant.
