How to Keep Your Arteries Clean and Stay Healthy
Clogged arteries lead to arteriosclerosis. It is important to prevent this as it paves the way for heart related disorders. Once this happens then you fall into the mess of a surgery and post surgery recovery. It is in your best interest to keep your arteries clean. This can be done painlessly without surgery and with very little effort.
The first thing that you need to take care of is to stay away from all kinds of foods that clog your arteries. This includes fats that are not absorbed by the body. Instead swap them with monounsaturated fats and omega 3 fatty acids. If you make the wrong food choices and you club that with lack of exercise then you are sure to get ill. Stay away from fats from red meats. If you already have a history of heart related ailments then you must stay away from red meats. The best fats for you would then be those that are acquired from fish, nuts like groundnuts and linseeds or sesame and fruits like avocadoes. Extra virgin Olive oil is the best options as it is extremely low in fats.
In order to prevent clogging of arteries and to clean your arteries you must avoid eating foods that are deep fried. Snacks and main courses that are drenched in oils are not the healthiest of meal options and hence they must be avoided. That doesn’t mean that you give up on your favorite foods; it means that you need to look at healthier food options. Baking, sautéing and grilling foods are equally healthy and tasty.
Remember that your snacks need to be able to support your will to clean up your arteries. Opt for healthy snacks like you do with your meals. Fresh vegetables, salads without salad dressings and nuts are good options. You must also make sure that you keep your pantry clear of any temptations so that you are able to maintain your diet.
Start your day with a glass of hot or lukewarm water and hint of lemon in the water. This will help to get rid of any fats that are congesting and clogging your arteries.
