How To Live Long With An Effective Lifestyle

Many of us tend to think that ones genes influence the number of year one lives. However this is far from true and recent research has proved that the number of years one lives is influenced 30% by genes and 70% by the effective lifestyle one adapts in life.

So dear folks it is time we all understood that we exercise, eat well, avoid environment toxins, give up smoking and drinking and maintain an effective emotional lifestyle to live long and happy.

An effective lifestyle change is to reduce the flab around ones waist and hips to reduce the risks of heart attacks,  Type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance and live long. This can be accomplished by doing exercises regularly and eating a good less calorie diet.

Exercise helps one to remain young and live long. One should make it a habit to be as active as possible. Aerobic exercises like walking, running and swimming help one to improve immune system and also to reduce ones blood pressure. In addition exercise helps one to reduce inflammation, insulin sensitivity and cholesterol levels and retards muscle loss, which is a debilitating old age disease. So if one has not start exercising it is time one now starts doing so and reaps the benefits of a disease free old age.

Exercise also helps to improve ones mental condition and helps stimulate growth of brain cells even in Senior citizens. Building a system of exercise into ones lifestyle helps to make one feel good and happy and counteracts the symptoms of depression.

Eating natural food given to us by nature instead of  processed or packaged food helps one to live long and strong.  Inclusion of broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower Brussels sprouts blueberries, raspberries and pomegranate help to prevent heart diseases and cancer and off cancer delay and age related cognitive function problem. In addition tomatoes, strawberries, garlic, spinach, carrots and green tea have powerful antioxidant properties that help to prevent age-related problems.

Inclusions of Omega-3 fatty acids in ones diet helps to reduce the risk of heart attacks and dementia. So ones life style should include the consumption of these healthy oils in the form of fishes like wild salmon, black cod, and sardine and fortified eggs. In addition having red wine benefits the heart promotes a longer life and helps to avoid overweight.

Reducing of stress in ones life helps to promote a long and healthy life. Inclusion of relaxation techniques helps one to decrease stress, decrease the risk of  Type 2 diabetes and promotes brain atrophy. In addition fun activities like laughing and spending quality time with ones family and friends helps to reduce stress. Sharing ones happiness and sorrows with trusted family members and friends also helps one to reduce stress and live a long life.

Lastly the greatest secret to long and happy life is that one should remain open to new experiences, be enthusiastic and open to new experiences. One should be ready to embrace new music, new points of view and remain connected with people. Staying connected through marriage, social groups and religious and spiritual groups really helps live a long and happy life.

One can surely live a long and happy life by adapting an effective lifestyle that includes exercising, eating good nutritious food, relaxation and building a well-connected and enthusiastic life.
