How to Lose Weight and Yet be Healthy

Everyone wants a healthy and a perfect life and to achieve that we start assuming without consulting the right channels. Today when we talk about healthy life we always assume a perfect body like actors or model and to achieve that we make our life miserable. Firstly it is very important to know what the right weight for your body is and that can be done by consulting dietician or a doctor.

The first step to losing weight is to track where you are going wrong and why your weight is more than required. In order to do that; carry a notepad or may be a small journal where you can track your meals for the day. Track it for few days and check what food is consumed. Once you know what you eat everyday, you can eliminate junk foods which are bad for your health. Drink more water which will keep your stomach full and helps you in avoiding eating junk food. It also improves circulation of blood in the body which gives you a glowing skin, reduces risk to heart attack and improves the digestive system. It also keeps your body temperature stable and helps in keeping your brain functioning properly which is a cure for depression, headache, fatigue, and migraines.

You can start your day with breakfast which includes fresh fruits like grapes, apples, oranges or juices, eggs without yolk is rich with protein, oatmeal. Avoid consuming fatty food, animal fats, sugar and carbohydrate which will increase fat in our body and you might feel lazy all day. A healthy breakfast makes you energetic and active.

During the day time you can eat 4-5 meals a day and after every 2-3 hours. Try eating salads, green vegetables, fruits, nuts, and whole grains. However eat small meal so that your body can digest want you have consumed. Drink tea or green tea (avoid sugar) as it reduces fat in the body which helps you in losing weight.

The most affective way to lose weight and stay healthy is by exercising. Exercising consumes the extra fat from the body and is released through sweat. Exercising can be done either by joining the gym or yoga classes. You can go for your favorite activities like swimming, jogging, playing football or cycling. However if you can’t do any of those then a long walk in the morning or whenever is possible will help you. Exercise is a good stress buster which helps you to be active, makes you confident about yourself suppresses your anger and depression and makes you cheerful. The most important steps to lose weight is by trusting yourself and not giving up. And you can be a healthy person with a perfect life. Don’t worry, just be healthy!!!!!
