How To Lose Weight By Using Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is made by the double fermentation of whole apples. Anyone can lose weight by using one or two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar with honey or water before each meal. This product is available at most health stores.
Apple cider has a lot of nutrients, enzymes and organic acids that help loss of weight. It acts as an appetite suppressant. By using apple cider vinegar there is an increase in the metabolic rate of the body and a reduction of water retention in the body.
Taking it just before a meal makes one feel good about themselves. It also gives a feeling of fullness before eating and also helps to prevent rise in sugar levels.
However one cannot lose weight rapidly by taking apple cider vinegar. It takes time for the fat cells of the body to adjust to the new changes. Research in the field of medicine has found that apple cider vinegar slows down the rate of rise of blood sugar after the meal, which suggests using apple cider vinegar with a meal helps to reduce the quantity of insulin needed for the process a meal. Hence one is bound to lose weight.
It is best to be gradual in using apple cider vinegar to lose weight. Start by taking one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with a glass of water just before a meal. Gradually increase the dosage and one could also take it straight or with a few teaspoons of honey.
However be sure to follow the guidelines regarding diet and exercise when you start using apple cider vinegar. Eat a lot of green salads and whole-grain pasta preparations. Prepare and eat low calories healthy food with high fiber. To keep oneself fit with a lot of physical activity along with exercise would also help.
