In order to give your hair an external treatment you must mash a few avocados and massage the pulp into your scalp and use it along the length of your hair. The natural nutrients will work wonders for your hair. Wash your hair after 30 to 45 minutes and you will notice your hair shinier and softer.

The next treatment may seem odd but it works wonders for your hair. Crush a few birth control pills and add the powder to your bottle of shampoo. Along with the pills add a few spoons of honey. Both these products in conjunction with your shampoo will help to repair the damage on your hair. The honey will soften the texture of your hair while the pills will strengthen the hair from the roots.

Regular oil massages will help to improve the texture of your hair. In addition to this you must also reduce the number of treatments and products that you use on your hair. Avoid using the hair dryer and let your hair dry naturally instead.
