How to Moisturize your Hands

For those who have dry or combination skin; your hands are the parts of your body that are affected the most. And the worst part is that after your face; it is your hands that grab most of the attention. Having scaly, dry skin on your hands can be embarrassing and make you extremely uncomfortable, causing you to shy away from public situations. They can be painful as well if they get cracked and start bleeding. This is especially true of the winter months.

Home remedies to add moisture to your hands

Soak your hands in warm milk every day for1 minutes. The lactic acid in the milk will react with your skin and moisturize it instantly.

Exfoliate your hands with a natural body scrub or use a home made scrub with almonds or walnuts. Massage the cream onto your hands and add 2 to 3 drops of water. -Drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep your skin well hydrated. Avoid colas, sodas and drinks with caffeine in it as they steal the moisture from your skin.
