How to Prepare Healthy Recipes for Kids

Mothers face a hard time to prepare healthy recipes for kids. Be it for breakfast, lunch or dinner, it is not easy to lookout for good and healthy foods for kids. Many kids love junk foods such as French fries, burgers, hot dogs, etc. Feeding your kids regularly with these food items would be same as sending invitation to several diseases and disorders. You also need to make it fast as you have to get ready for office after you finish off your cooking. These days we hardly have that much time to provide everything healthy and beneficial to our kids. Then what is the solution? Here are few easy and fast kids recipes that will help you deal with this issue.

French toasts are good supplement of healthy food, especially breakfast. It is very easy to cook and your kids will love it. Things that you require top prepare French toasts are bread, eggs, milk and cinnamon. Beat the eggs well in a bowl and add some milk. Put the breads into the mixture and turn on the heater with a frying pan over it. When the pan is heated, put a drop of butter and cook the bread. When the toast is ready, spray some cinnamon instead of butter or syrups. You can also garnish this delicious healthy recipe with strawberries.

Fruit and Yogurt Parfaits are among the easiest healthy recipe preparations. Not only kids, everyone will love this recipe. It can be cooked in a very short period of time. Take eight ounces of yogurt, granola and some strawberries. Blend strawberries and yogurt very well and add granola as toppings. You can make it more interesting by sprinkling nuts or chocolate.

How about serving your kids with benefits of apple in a tasty way? Try cooking applesauce. It’s very easy to prepare and very tasty also. All you need is two apples, sugar, cinnamon and lemon. Chop the apple into small pieces and mix two tsp of sugar. Spread lemon juice and little bit of cinnamon. Your applesauce is ready.
