Acne can be annoying not to teens but also to adults who suffer with acne for several years. One simple way to control the breakout is to watch what you eat. Avoid eating oily foods or foods that are fried. Avoid using too many products on your face as they may be the reason for the breakouts. You could also limit your use of cosmetics on your skin. Use cosmetics that suit your skin type and limit them to occasions when it is absolutely necessary.

Drink plenty of water when you are suffering with an acne breakout and it will work like a miracle. When you drink water you add moisture to your skin while getting rid of unwanted toxins from your body.

Toxins are the main culprits that cause the acne breakouts and thus they must be eliminated by all means possible. A definite yet easy way to get rid of the toxins is to exercise daily. When you exercise your body perspires and the toxins are released through the perspiration. Exercising for 30 minutes a day will keep your mind, body and skin healthy. You must wash your gym clothes daily as the toxins linger onto the garments and can transfer themselves back onto your skin if you repeat your gym attire.
