Wrinkles are a sign that you are aging, but why does it seem that you are aging faster than the people that you see in the magazines and on the television. Well, to be honest, most of your magazine covers are air brushed and the amount of make up and surgeries that your television stars go through in beyond belief. If you are looking to get rid of your wrinkles and signs that you are aging then you need to try a few natural remedies. They will definitely help you out and you need not go through the stress of surgery and post surgery recovery.

From the time you are in your early 20’s you need to use a face scrub on your face. This helps to get rid of the dead skin on your face that makes your skin look dull ad older than you are. If you have passed this age you need not worry, but you must pull up your socks and ensure that you begin immediately and make this a part of your beauty regime.

Use a moisturizer during the day and at night. It helps to soften your skin and keeps it free from wrinkles. It also helps to fill in existing wrinkles and lines on your face. If your skin is dry then you must ensure that you use a rich moisturizer as it is likely to age faster.

Just as you hydrate your skin externally with moisturizers you also need to hydrate it internally. Drinking water helps to keep your skin wrinkle free, this happens because water adds elasticity to your skin.

You also need to have a good exercise routine to keep you fit. It also increases the elasticity of the skin and eliminates toxins from the skin in order to keep the skin healthy and your complexion clear. It also does not reveal any wrinkles or lines on your face.
