Water is extremely good for your skin. It helps to keep you hydrated and flushes out toxins from your body. It helps to increase the elasticity of your skin and thereby making it less prone to wrinkles.A simple way to delay the oncoming wrinkles is to massage your face, neck and hands with the top layer of milk. When you boil milk, you will notice that there is a slightly thicker film that forms on the top layer. This has plenty of lactic acid in it; a substance that is extremely vital in eliminating fine lines and wrinkles as well as that which delays it’s onset.
If you indulge in smoking or are normally exposed to second hand smoke then you must do all you can to avoid this situation. The smoke causes fine lines and wrinkles to appear on your face and makes your complexion dull and lifeless.
Avoid exposing your skin to the sun as far as possible. If you must; then use a good sunscreen lotion or crème to protect your skin from dehydration and tanning.
Apply carrot juice to your face and neck twice a week. Also, drink a glass of the juice daily. Since it is high in fiber it helps to rejuvenate your skin and improves its elasticity.
Use a moisturizer every time you wash your face. Use an anti wrinkle cream after you complete your 20’s. A tinted moisturizer instead of foundation is a good option.
