How to Prevent Bleeding Piles from Disturbing Your Life

Piles are one of the most common ailments in today’s age. It affects both men and women and can be quiet a nuisance. They are painful and can lead to bleeding if not treated at the right time and in the right manner. It is a condition where there is an inflammation of the veins either inside or outside the rectum.

It normally leads to bleeding and acute pain when trying to pass stools. Women suffer from piles after pregnancy while some of the other causes of this condition include obesity, standing or sitting for prolonged periods of time, stress and in some unfortunate cases it is passed on in the genes; in this case there is very little you can do to prevent it from occurring.

Though you may want to seek medical help there are a few home remedies you can try in order to get relief from the pain and prevent any bleeding. Using dry figs is considered to be one of the most effective ways to control this condition. Wash 3 to 4 figs in warm water and soak them overnight.

When you wake up in the morning; drink the water that the figs were soaked in and eat the figs for breakfast. You can do this twice a day. Continue this treatment for 4 to 5 weeks. The tiny seeds in the fruit will clean the system and protect the rectum and prevent the bleeding during the process of waste elimination.

Mix dry mango seed powder with a spoon of honey and have it twice a day. The same can be done with grated radish. Mix honey and grated radish and eat a spoon of it 2 to 3 times a day. You can also drink the juice of the radish to get immediate relief from the pain. If you suffer from bloody discharge daily then you must mix the juice of the radish with milk and apply it to the affected region. The bleeding will stop instantly.

An effective remedy for this condition is a mixture of equal parts of the juices of ginger, fresh lime, fresh mint along with honey. Continue with this treatment for a few weeks in order to permanently get rid of the condition.

Eating rice daily is also beneficial as it helps to clean the digestive system and prevents constipation. Along with a bowl of rice you must have some buttermilk and a banana.

If you do not experience any relief after using home remedies for a month you must seek medical help as the piles may be a symptom of another condition.
