Diabetes is one of the most dangerous diseases. It is a common health hazard and its rate is growing alarmingly every year. Diabetes has numerous ill-effects and gradually it diminishes heart, kidney, eyes and various other essential functions of the body. However, it does not mean that diabetes is end of life. A person with diabetes can live longer and healthy. For that he/she needs to incur certain diabetes control measures. Here are few important tips to prevent diabetes:
Herbal Remedies:
Using herbs in a proper manner, you can manage and treat diabetes. Herbs play a very important role in managing and even curing the diabetes. The above herbal tips if applied properly as per instruction will give guaranteed results. Garlic, amla, madhuca, fenugreek seeds and curry leaves are some of the vital herbs that can be used as remedies for diabetes. Now let’s discuss how to use these herbs:
-Garlic has natural ingredients to reduce the level of blood sugar. Take a garlic clove and eat every day.
-You can prevent diabetes from growing further in your body by mixing amla with bitter gourd and jumbal. Take this mixture two times everyday.
-Take Madhuca tree bark as it brings down the level of blood sugar.
-Diabetes increases blood glucose levels. It can be controlled by consuming fenugreek seeds. You can take the seeds with milk everyday or with water after soaking up all night.
-Weight is a concerning factor for diabetic patients. Curry leaves can naturally maintain right weight and thus avoids the increase of blood sugar due to overweight. Take some ten fresh curry leaves every morning to fight the disease.
Exercise:
Exercise regularly so that you can burn calories. Exercises helps to maintain healthy weight, manage blood glucose, improve proper circulation of legs and arms, and reduce cholesterol, stress and much more. Actually, physical activities like walking, jogging and exercise are very important to prevent or manage diabetes.
Food:
