How to Prevent Pimples by Aromatherapy

No one likes acne but everyone has to experience it. Acne or pimples occur when the oil glands of the skin produces maximum oil. This excessive oil block the skin pores, which results in severe acne problems such as pimples, whiteheads and blackheads. Acne is common among the teenagers and numerous adults. However, there is no serious health problem associated with acne but it definitely leads to distress and disgust. The best way to do acne treatment is going by natural remedies. Use aromatherapy to remove acne and prevent pimples. Application of the antibacterial essential oils can clear your skin and give them their natural texture.

Essential Oils
There are several essential oils that can be used to treat acne by aromatherapy. Some of the essential oils are Ylang Ylang, Helichrysum, Cypress oil, Lavender oil, Tea tree oil and Jojoba vegetable oil. The blend of these essential oils can be applied directly to the affected area. This is one of the most common aromatherapy procedure suggested by the experts.

How to use
Take the Jojoba oil (1/2 ounce) and put it in a clean jar. Now put the essential oils in the given proportion- Helichrysum oil (2 drops), Cypress oil (3 drops), Tea tree oil (4 drops), and Lavender oil (8 drops). Mix the solution very well and use cotton pads to apply directly. Everyday do this treatment for several times.

Face mask
Prepare a face mask with Honey, Rosemary oil, Helichrysum oil and Clay. Take one teaspoon of all the said essentials and mix them very well. Clean your skin and apply the mask with your hands all over the face. Leave it to dry for ten minutes and then wash it off. It helps to prevent acne.

Eat Healthy
If your skin experiences acne regularly, then you must check on your diet. Avoid oily and spicy foods. It helps in good digestion, which is required to avoid acne or pimples. Use lots of water to wash your face and keep it clean. Also drink lots of water as it flushes out the toxins. Combination of aromatherapy and healthy food habits can give you clean and fresh skin, free from any spots or pimples.
